Good morning animal-lovers.

I am here representing the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals and want to bring to your attention about the cruelty inflicted on whales in Japan.The whaling method is way too inhuman because most whales take over two minutes to die.Some whales even take more than one hour.Most whales are killed with harpoons designed to explode inside them, though small traditional coastal communities in the Arctic and elsewhere use other methods.

If the whale doesn't die instantaneously,it would experience great torture during the skinning process.Their screams sound just like man!

Whales are an important part of our ecosystem.The ecosystem is unbalanced now due to the over-hunting of whales.Also,our descendants will not get to see these magnificent yet beautiful creatures in future if whaling does not cease.Man would still exist without whaling,so what is the point of hunting such innocent creatures?

Unnecessary cruelty is used in whaling and there is no humane way to kill a whale at sea.You can play a part in stopping whaling. Simply do not buy any whale products.A little kindness goes a long way.
