Good moring ladies and gentlemen. I am here to talk about the acute traffic congestion during peak hours and how I plan to solve it.

As you know, there are currently a lot of cars running on the roads of Singapore. They are the main cause for the traffic congestions. I am planning to increase the ERP charges to control the traffic flow. The places where ERP charges will increase are located at the most crowded areas in Singapore. The charge will increase by twenty to thirty cents during the peak hours and they will go back to normal once it is not the peak hours.

I hope this new plan will decrease the number of people driving their own cars and they may want to switch to commuting using public transport which will improve the state of traffic congestions.
